Mrs. Basore has been employed in Durand since 1995.  She has taught First Grade for six years, a Transitional First Grade for four years, and Fourth Grade for three years.  She taught at Robert Kerr Elementary for all but one year, which was at Doyle Knight  Elementary.  This is her fifth year teaching Seventh Grade Science at the Middle School, and her second year teaching Interactive Science.   She has her B.S. from University of Michigan in Elementary Education and a Masters in Early Childhood from Oakland University.  She is highly qualified to teach Science, Language Arts, and Social Sciences in the Middle School.
