  • Collaborate with all preschool staff in the daily operations of the program including lesson planning and child assessment

  • Coordinate and conduct home visits and parent/teacher conferences annually for every child and family
  • Knowledgeable on how to implement the established curriculum and child assessment tools
  • Work cooperatively with associate teacher to implement a team-teaching model
  • Use child assessment information to create meaningful lesson plans that scaffold children's skills across a variety of domains
  • Participate in on-going professional development
  • Assure that children's records remain confidential
  • Partner with others (principal, teaching staff, Early Childhood Specialist, food services, etc.) to reflect upon practices to ensure ongoing quality improvement of the classroom
